• Set-up and take-down the "Shine Shop".
• Provide A+ customer service and positive interactions with all Shine patrons
• Help customers select products and help with questions
• Arrange and alter display to encourage sales
• Sales and inventory tracking
• Monitor the collection of items for our charity food drive
• Assist other roles with duties and tasks as assigned
• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Bilingual in both English and French is an asset

Expectations

• Stay calm and collected throughout the event while also taking and implementing any feedback
• Remain positive and energetic over long hours (6:00am – 11:00pm)
• Remain flexible if asked to perform other responsibilities
• Must be a team player and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail is a must
• Aid in the take-down of each event and help pack the truck (1-2 hours). Ability to lift 30lbs.
