Shine Dance Competitions Is Hiring!

We're hiring for our tour season! If you are passionate, friendly, energetic, and you've got a great work ethic, we want to hear from you! Shine is looking for individuals who are committed to the values that keep our competition great and fun for everyone. Check out the descriptions below for either adjudicating with Shine or joining our touring team. Please Apply using the links at the bottom of this page. Please note that our interview and hiring process will begin in the fall.

ADJUDICATORS

Shine is looking for:

Judges who are knowledgeable in all forms of dance – including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, & Acro
Adjudicators who can convey their comments in an encouraging and friendly manner while still providing great feedback
Judges who currently teach or have taught children (preferable in a competitive environment) and who understand the expectations for the different age groups.
